About the Role
Jay Developers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and building strong relationships with clients. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies, and maintain a strong brand image.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain customers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, including the local market and real estate regulations.
Manage the sales process, from initial contact with potential customers through to closing sales and after-sales service.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
Attend industry conferences and events to network with potential customers and industry experts.
Collaborate with other departments, including finance and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
