About the Role
Jay developers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our properties, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Add fields for any type of content you want to display, such as rich text, images, and videos. Be sure to click Sync after making changes in a collection, so visitors can see your newest content on your live site.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list of leads.
Provide information about our properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns they may have about our properties.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with interested customers.
Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our properties to provide additional information and encourage sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with real estate knowledge and sales techniques.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer trends, preferences, and feedback.
